My approach to teaching

I don't believe music lessons should feel like homework.

I've been teaching musicians of all ages for almost 10 years, from complete beginners to experienced players looking to learn something new.

We'll learn the skills you need, but we'll do it by playing music you actually want to play. Whether that's campfire songs, blues, folk, rock, pop, or something completely different, the goal is to make music something you look forward to each week.

No two students are the same, so no two lessons are exactly alike. We'll figure out what works best for you and build from there.
